Lifetime Warranty

All religious jewelry purchased at CatholicPatronSaint.com comes with our industry-leading Lifetime Warranty. We do this because we believe that our products, made by skilled jewelers, are of the utmost highest quality. Our jewelry is designed to last a lifetime and be handed down to future generations.

If you experience any problem with your jewelry due to bad workmanship or faulty materials, we will replace it with a new piece, free of charge!

30-Day Return Policy

Our 30-Day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. You can return any item without personalization in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or exchange. It's that simple.

Our Return Process
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days.
Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department.  Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Personalized items and closeout products may not be returned. Shipping and gift wrapping will not be refunded and you will be responsible for our actual outbound shipping and handling charges-even if your order qualified for free shipping.
Returns without a CatholicPatronSaint.com return authorization form, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be subject to restocking fees of 20%.  Media Items such as books, DVDs, CDs and videos must be in unopened packages. Due to the high cost of Gold, 14kt Gold Items are no longer able to be returned, we will however, do our best to exchange. 
 
How To Prepare A Return
To return a item to CatholicPatronSaint.com, follow our simple process:

  1. YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE 
    Contact us via email at customers@catholicpatronsaint.com (click here) and if your order qualifies, you will be emailed a Return Authorization Form. Please be sure to include your original order number. Fill out the form completely. Forms not filled out will result in a delay of the return process. We will respond to your returns request via email within 2 business days.
  2. Package Your Return. Include the completed Return Authorization Form, all original packaging and any certificates of Authenticity. Returns made without the Return Authorization Form could be delayed and will be subject to a 20% return and restocking fee.
  3. Insure Your Package. . Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.*
*CatholicPatronSaint will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

We must receive your returned items within 30 days of the original order date. We issue refunds in the form of payment used to make original purchase.  If we receive your item after 30 days of the date of shipping, a refund will not be issued.  



Lifetime Warranty Returns

To make a return under our Lifetime Warranty after 30 days from the date of your purchase, please contact us and request permission to make a return. Kindly provide details about the issue and why you believe that bad workmanship or faulty materials played a role in the problem.
